The history of Fritz Hansen begins in 1872, where the enterprising cabinetmaker Fritz Hansen obtained his trade license in Copenhagen and started a furniture production company in Christianshavn - a central part of Copenhagen. MORE
On day two of the design week, Fritz Hansen hosted a breakfast presentation in their showroom where Danish furniture designer, Kasper Salto gave a sneak preview into a new chair that will be launched later this year at the Salone del Mobile in Milan. MORE
Today, Kasper Salto and the design team from Fritz Hansen are challenging themselves in an “Open Co-Lab” using veneer from the Series 7™ production. This gives a unique insight into a part of the design process which is normally hidden from the public. MORE
