The Series 7™ chair reminds artist Tal R of his mother’s backside as he saw it when he sat playing on the kitchen floor as a child. Today, he has 24 Seven chairs in his dining room.

Tal R: “For me, it’s obvious that I just have to have it in my home. It reminds me of a broad woman’s bottom, and I have nothing good or bad to say about that. A woman’s body and that chair are like laws of nature. Something we just can’t do without”. He has four Series 7™ chairs in his studio, and at home, his collection has grown to 24 white models in the dining room. “As a rule, we don’t have more than 12 guests at a time, but they need to be able to put their feet up in a chair after dinner, so I need 24!”
